In the past year Tamara has been busy... She released her debut CD to a flood of both popular and critical acclaim, toured Canada, Germany and Denmark, won the Canadian Folk Music Award for "Best New / Emerging Artist", won Penguin Eggs critic's choice award for "Best New Discovery" has been invited to play at Atlin, Islands, Edmonton, Salmon Arm and Artswells festivals this summer. She will also be touring Alaska the last two weeks in August....

This is Tamara's first Galiano Show in several months.. and with her busy schedule, may be her last for a while.

She will be playing songs from her upcoming album (to be recorded in the fall and released in early '08) "Cabin Songs", as well as tunes from "At My Table" her current release, which will be available at the show...
